RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Before returning the item, please send us a short email stating your intention to return it to madelle@madelle.pl.
Please return the goods in undamaged condition, along with your receipt and a completed returns form. We appreciate it if you fold the returned items carefully. Please do not return items inside out, rolled up into a ball, crammed into a box that is too small, or returned in a condition that demonstrates disregard for the returned item.

We'd appreciate it if you could send your parcels back via any courier company of your choice – this is the best and most reliable method. We also ask that you avoid sending parcels back via Poczta Polska (the postman doesn't call when we're away and often doesn't leave a delivery note).
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your package.

COMPLAINTS
Any item purchased in the Madelle store may be subject to a complaint if it has defects that make it inconsistent with the Sales Agreement.
Complaints should be submitted via email to madelle@madelle.pl , providing your name, order number, description of the defect and attaching photos.
The complained goods should be delivered to the following address:

We will review your complaint within 14 business days of receiving the shipment containing the faulty product. We will inform you via email about the complaint resolution process.
We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, misuse or improper care of our products.
If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a full-fledged product (repaired or new) within 14 days of the acceptance of the complaint, and if this proves impossible, we will offer you another Product as a substitute for the defective Product or refund the full amount of the price paid for the Product.
