Delivery and payment

DELIVERY

We process your orders within 3 business days. If this timeframe is extended, we will notify you by email or phone. Pre-orders with a specific shipping date are an exception.

Shipments within Poland are shipped via DPD courier and take 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping costs PLN 16. International shipments are shipped via DPD, DHL, GLS, or Poczta Polska. International shipping takes 4-7 business days. Shipping costs within Europe are PLN 70. Personal collection in Warsaw is available at our showroom at Rozbrat 32/39 (entrance from Miechowska Street) in Warsaw.

 

PAYMENTS

In our store there are two methods of payment for purchased goods.

• Payment via PAY PAL system
• Payment by traditional transfer

In the case of a traditional transfer, the amount due should be paid to the bank account:
